Labour
Katie - Garden Specialist – £28/hr for all types of gardening including design guidance, soil ecology advice and practical solutions to trickier garden issues.
Experienced Gardener – £27 for all types of gardening including, for example, proper rose and apple tree pruning and renovation pruning
Garden Care Gardener – £25/hr for basic gardening such as weeding, lawn mowing and light pruning
Plants
The budget for plants is whatever you want it to be. We can be creative to get the most out of tight budgets.
A typical small garden bed can benefit from a budget around £200-£250
A typical medium sized garden bed can benefit from a budget of around £300-£400
A large bed can cost around £600-£800 to plant up well. However, this can be done more economically using younger/smaller plants that require a little more patience while they are allowed to grow.
Woodchip and cardboard
We sell woodchip at £6.50 per bag (approx 60L) or 3 bags for £18. Larger loads can be arranged, let us know and we can sort something out!
Cardboard is provided free!
